Since 1999 Motive Solutions LLC. has been providing the highest level of quality OSHA  certification and training for businesses of all sizes in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont &  Massachusetts. Since 1999 we have certified over 50,000 employees in Maine, New  Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, & Rhode Island. We are fully insured and love what we do!

Meet Your Safety Instructor Paul Soracco


Paul Soracco was born and raised in Reading, Massachusetts and attended Plymouth  State University. He has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses across  New England, and currently resides in Turner, Maine. He spent 6 years as Head Coach of  the Lewiston High School Track & Field team in Lewiston, Maine leading them to State  Championships and being awarded Coach of the Year many times over. This was a job that  he was passionate about, and he took very seriously the responsibility of mentoring young  student athletes. 


Paul was himself a dedicated athlete, competing in football at the Collegiate and Semi-pro  level. He has applied that same level of dedication and commitment to every aspect of his  life with a mindset focused on discipline, resilience, continuous improvement, and a  strong work ethic - essentially striving to reach a personal best in everything he does. 


His interest in workplace safety arose from a concern for preventing injury and taking a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards and promoting a safe and healthy work  environment in his CNC Machine Shop that he ran for over 10 years. He is driven by a  desire to protect the well-being of employees and maintain a productive workplace. 


As an instructor, Paul brings 25 years of experience in understanding OSHA regulations  and requirements and truly enjoys educating employers and employees to ensure personal  safety on the jobsite. It is his genuine love for people and respect for the relationships he  has established in this business that sets him apart.

What to Expect from Our Classes


We come to you wherever you are! Forklift and Telehandler classes  are typically 3.5-4  hours depending on the number of employees that need training. That consists of  approximately 2-2.5 hours of class time wherein our safety instructor works with the crew  teaching the material, they then watch a video and take an evaluation test to ensure a  proper understanding of the information. Following that, we go outside to learn how to  perform pre-shift inspections, and everyone takes a turn operating the equipment.  Everyone that passes the evaluation will receive their certification cards in the mail within  1-2 business days, along with office copies of evaluations and personnel records – we also  keep everything on file in our database for your records. 


Aerial Lift classes are very similar in terms of class time and hands-on training. We offer  Boom and Scissor Lift classes on the same day for the same price, and we offer Forklift and  Telehandler classes in the same day for the same price. All certifications are valid for 3  years, we then send out reminders when recertifications are coming due.
